ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Managing Stress and Anxiety was created in 2020 as part of a Girl Scout Gold Award Project. A high school senior created this website. She chose to focus her project on the topic of stress and anxiety because she experienced symptoms of anxiety frequently. She learned how to work through her symptoms rather than letting them control her. She created this website because she wanted to help others learn how to manage their symptoms too.
