Stress, when left unmanaged, can build into anxiety. Anxiety is a diagnosable condition that is highly ​treatable.

WAYS TO RELIEVE STRESS AND ANXIETY
Exercise
Talk to someone
Eat healthy + avoid large amounts of caffeine (caffeine can worsen symptoms)
Write down your thoughts
Get more sleep
Give yourself time to relax
Identify the source of the anxiety (ex: not giving yourself enough time to complete an assignment or get to work)
Listen to music
Watch a video that makes you laugh
Find a hobby
Got outside
Try meditation
