IT HAS BEEN SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN THAT RUBBING AN OBJECT, SUCH AS A WORRY STONE, BETWEEN YOUR THUMB AND YOUR POINTER FINGER REDUCES STRESS. THIS IS AN INCREDIBLY EASY PROJECT TO DO. YOUR WORRY STONE CAN BE BROUGHT WITH YOU AS IT FITS RIGHT IN A POCKET.

INSTRUCTIONS

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Clay

    • I prefer oven-bake clay, however air dry clay works as well

    • You will want a little more than a quarter size amount​

    • The number of colors is up to you, I recommend three colors

STEP 1.

Mix the clay into the shape of a ball.


Tips:

  • If the clay is too hard, mix in a small amount of lotion to make it softer

  • Roll each color into the shape of a worm, then twist them together

STEP 2.

Press thumb down into the center of clay ball.
